Some of you know I'm cloning my 64 1/2.

So far the dual exhaust rear valance, glove box, grille/fog lights, and all GT emblems have been purchased so far.

I'm going to paint the pony probably after Christmas, but I'm getting ready.

Ok, my car will be ragoon red.

My question to you guys, is what color stripe looks better on a red car:

Black?


...or...

White?


I have always gone with the opinions of the majority here, so make up my mind for me, lol.

On my 66 coupe, which is applecandy red, my stripes are white

Pnthe fastback, which is sauterne gold, theywill be black ..

I think it depends of the car's color

For a red car, I voteWHITE

I think the white looks good, it stands out better, but the black looks pretty tough.

I'dgo with the white if it's a coupe, and black if it was a fastback.

 

I think it depends if you are going to keep the trim on the rocker or go trimless. If you don't have the trim go with black, if you do go with the white.

 

black interior = black stripes
red or white interior = white stripes.

 

I think you just convinced me with that one, since my interior is indeed black.
