Default adjustable rocker conversion

im really lookin for some serious help with this one:

i installed the comp 280H cam in my 351 cleveland and naturally the valves stay open under full combustion so i bought the crane rocker arm guideplate conversion kit to make them adjustable. i might just be too dumbed down to fallow the instructions but without pictures and an idea of what's happening, im lost!

has anyone done this conversion? if so please give me some tips

here's the link to what i bought: crane guideplate conversion

Havent done the conversion you have but if your floating valves you need stronger springs is my thoughts.

Did you check your gemometry and set the lifter preload correctly?
