Default replacing inner fender wells :(

so, how hard is this going to be? the whole engine bay, shock towers, extension arms are pretty much gone. part of the shock tower is rusted out - and so are the supports that hold the front on - so the whole things are like 549.00 from NPD - the radiator support is fine its got surface rust. so how hard is it going to be to cut the old ones out and put those in ? also i gotta replace the cross member in the front under the engine and above the transmission since one side is rusted. but hey at least it'll have an all new front. the rear isn't bad, just need to blast it and patch up some parts and repaint it. the floorpans have maybe.. 2 or 3 dime sized holes but are solid throughout. the firewall isn't bad, the right side has a filecard size hole in it but it's solid so we'll just patch it up. - just need some input or any tips you guys might have. thanks!
