I am trying to get someinformation about the value of a 1968 GT X-Code mustang my mom currently owns. She is thinking about selling it and I just need a little help in finding someone to talk to / or a site to help determine value of car. The car still has the original paint with a factorytow package, a/c, etc...

Uh, it's worth a lot if it really is an X code.
You should consult a professional automobile appraiser.
