I'm totally serious, and would likely get punched by some on this board, but I'm getting sick and tired of all this great weather in L.A. If it doesn't rain soon, I'm going to turn into a damn raisin.

 

I remember Fairbanks AK when I was stationed at Wainwright. You had May through Aug and that was it. Maybe a little bit of September before she went back in the garage for the winter.

As for Northern VA, she will stay in the garage because of the salt they throw down; along withthe idiots who don't know how to drive when ice hits the road...

 

you guys are crazy, snowy parking lots in the winter are awesome...all the fun of doughnuts without the wear on your car. its great haha.

+1 I was going to say the same thing. Hell, I walked out of my house this morning and WOAH really bright and sunny outside. Hurt my eyes. This great weather is killing me.

Grew up in Buffalo, New York. Then, while attending college there, my only form of transportation for four years was a motorcycle! Serviously - I learned really quick how to adapt.

After obtaining that decent education, I moved FAR, FAR AWAY - where I could ride my motorcycle COMFORTABLY 12 mos of the year - Los Angeles, California!!!

So I say - "embrace your climate" - or get the heck out of Dodge!
