Is that just paint, or is it POR 15 or something other than just ordinary paint?

It's just paint in the picture, I'm doing some under coating today though

Sure is a cowl hood
We used a heat gun and some cynder blocks to somewhat fix the bow.. helped a lot but not 100% fixed.. yet
