I think it's the doohickey which activates the thingy to control the whatchamacallit where it goes into the thingamajig causing the youknowwhat to flutter. VERY unsafe at highway speeds !

The first time I tried that thing out I was on the freeway and a bunch of pine needles and **** got blown into my car... appearantly it hadn't been opened in a while! it goes to the driver side vent though

It's the Knoodler Valve adjustment ****!!! Just don't set it to rich or you might end up getting Knoodled!!!

Really, my buddy had a Mavrick that had one next to the choke and it was for the vent!
