Default What is this?

Any one know what this is, i found itnext tothe parking break under the dash. It was no connected to any thing.

I think it's the doohickey which activates the thingy to control the whatchamacallit where it goes into the thingamajig causing the youknowwhat to flutter. VERY unsafe at highway speeds !

No, its next to the choke, between the choke and the parking break.

That might be it, i had a cowl problem so i had to seal the vent up. Thanks.
