can I get 300whp from a 289??? what would I need to get that done (specificly), naturally asperated of course. if money wasn't an issue,

running t-5 and probably 3.55 9in

Yes, good heads, a nice roller cam, good induction, exhaust and ignition and you can get that power and have it quite streetable
