Default retro look seats for a fastback?

hi - sorry as my browser keeps crashing each time i do a search

any suggestions on seats (or custom shop) that look vintage, have more side support and maybe headrest, but can still fold forward to allow access to the rear seats?

I've got a 67 fastback, in process of putting a GW suspension on it and I just know I am going to do a few open track days a year just for fun, and sliding around in the stock seats with a lap belt isnt going to cut it. I also dont want modern day recaros or anything similar as it detracts from the style i have going with the car.

Thanks for any suggestions

1. Buy a set of 2005+ Mustang Seats from a total.
2. By Retro Seat Covers from TMI Products mustangupholstery.com

Would look wicked in a older car

well, if you would like, you can get a mustang forrm just about any year and put those seats in there, they all fit. i think you have to play with the rails on some but other than that, they fit

ummmm, try summit racing, they have sport seats that have a classic feel. tmi has sport seat conversions, there is a lot out there

look around from there

this is the best repro company out there, and everybody carries them

I put these Corbeau CR1's in my '65. I like the way they fit the restomod theme of my car.

2005+ seats will need to be cut down, they are too tall. 94-2004 seats are better. The Mach I seats are nice.

the seats dpnt get cut down the seat riser platforms do; about one inch or so. maybe more if youre a taller guy. This is the route i intend to go with my 70.

the sport seat conversion from TMI is great...it has the stock look but with headrests and side bolsters. they are very comfortable and it sounds like theyre just what youre looking for.

Really any front seats will work if your willing to make them mount to your frames.Tims65 i hope you dont use them 4 points there shoulder mount is too step of and a angel in a wreck youll mess your back up.
