'65 fuse panel

I just got '65 coupe. Instrument panel lights don't work. I want to check the fuse but I can't seem to find the fuse panel. Can anybody help?

up under the dash, just above your left foot. Probably tucked up in by the round vent. May be pushed up behind the instrument panel.
