anyone know the stock specs / valve lengths on the 289 non hi po engine? trying to get some new valves and i don't know the length. thanks

 

you want Ferrea's 5000 series. they are their budget line, but still REALLY good valves. better than any other street performance valve.

Part # F5014 - 1.45" exhaust - 5.030 overall length - .325 tip length
Part # F5012 - 1.78" intake - 5.030 overall length - .325 tip length

F5018 is a 1.94 and F5015 is a 1.60 in case your going oversize. that seller can probably get the stock sizes for the same price in case your local machine shop trys to rape you or cant get them for some reason.

btw, REV is the only other valve i would every spend money on for my own motors - interestingly enough the owner of REV used to be part of Ferrea - their quality is top of the line.

 

that's what i needed to know, thanks. i'm oversizing to 1.94s and 1.60's when they get ported and i wanted to get everything seperately.
