Selling my II!!
I don't want to!!! BUT I figure I have to. I know I told myself that I wanted to keep it forever, but it's not suitable for me. It runs strong, when it is all warmed up, pretty fast, 8.8 in the 1/8th, but I want something newer. I can fix it, like the carb'ed cars because they are SO easy to pinpoint where everything is compared to a EFI, but I want a newer car. I can't get that sound out of a EFI car that I have on my II. I like it so much, but I want to supercharge a 99-04, or 94/95. That is the year i'm looking at.
I am planning on selling my II for 3 grand, and will NOT go lower than 2500. That is how much I bought it for, and have done some fixing up, on it, new carpet, weatherstripping, tires, wheels. But yea, i'm kind of at a loss of words, but the car is more of a hassle than a savior so to say. I know some people like that, but i'm 18 and don't have the time to tinker with it. I can and have the knowledge, but don't want to. If I had my career job with the money, I would save it, buy an 05 saleen, and fix up the II but i'm not a cop or trooper YET!
But it feels like losing a kid, I'm sadened by that thought of me selling my baby.

You wont sell it, trust me.
My little 1988 is my baby, I was going to sell it, but know one would take care of it the way I do (feed it lots of rice

Just keep it and buy a cheap DD, thats what I did[8D]

I will sell it. I forgot to add, last friday I bought an 88 accord for a grand, and it is my dd. I need to sell my II because I want a 99-04 stang. I want to beef it upand supercharge it.
