ok well i couldn't find a console i really had to have so i broke down and am trying to make it! , basically i just fabbed up a card board box the shape i wanted and then i just overlayed fiberglass and it looks pretty good so far, besides the point it could double for an oil pan!

after i took the cardboard off , well as much as would come off

anyone know how to get resin off your hands ! this stuff is like honey and wont come off , i tried auto hand cleaner, brake clean gas, laundry soap , and super scalding hot water !

still sticky !

you may be better off in the long run sanding and priming it a few times over the pillow you have on there now.
You have the same problem I have no sewing machine to make the necessary cuts and seams to pull it in tight.
Dont get my thoughts taken wrong nice work youve done. Just try it for a while then see if the idea of painting it grows on you in a few months.

Looks nice id get a leather shifter boot the rubber one looks out of place.

You can use Acetone as a solvent. NailPolish remover may work.Also itsrumoredit can improve fuel mileage (up to 50% or more), engine life and even lower emissions whenadded to gasolineand diesel in verysmall amounts.
