Default RE: 4 Point Seat Belts - Will these work

Well, I had a shop install both the high-backs and the seatbelts, but that was a HUGE mistake. They basically overcharged us to do less than quality work. They got the seats out of a junkyard and just had them recovered. From there, they have the same bolt pattern so they go in just as the old ones do. I also had them install the seatbelts, but later found out that they were very easy to install (they got a completely wrong color belt, so my dad and I ordered new ones and replaced them) all it really takes is a drill and a rivet gun. The belts come with instructions, so its pretty easy.

I dont see why 4 points would be illegal. They are used in pretty much all child seats.
