Thanks

The little 408 should move this little car pretty well. It is amazing how light the car is right now. With a little traction it should be fun.

The car is back home now and it is stripped back to the bare unibody. All of the drivetrain, suspension, exhaust, etc. are removed and packed up. Starting paint prep under the car and in the engine compartment this week. No fun!

jamie,
all of the sheetmetal came from CJs and Tony Branda.

eZ,
yes the rear end was narrowed to fit the deepest wheel we could get.
Here is a picture to give you an idea of the width after it was cut down.

Thanks,
Brent

i saved your domain in my favorites. I love the look of the wheels and stance. Im doing the mini tub here real soon. I might move my leaf springs in to give myself just a little bit wider wheel, but then ill have to change the gas tank. So i may not be able to fit a 18x10. probably a 18x9 with 5.5' back spacing. any tips?

The new pipes are tig welded with stainless rod and they look outstanding.

The welds are alomst smooth and the pipe will easily polish.

lol, what is holding up your diff? It looks like some header pipes welded to a jackstand connected to a U-bolt? If so, that is freakin awesome

Made a set of stands out of 1-5/8 to hold rear end housings under the car for mock up.
