Default 68 center console?

hello..I am new to this site and I just bought a 68 mustang coupe and am looking to restore it. I have looked all over the net for an original center console. No one seems to have them! However, I have seen many 67' center consoles and was wondering if they could fit into a 1968. If not, does anyone know who has a 68 console? Could someone please help me!!!!

They are the same but the 68 has the big goofy pad over the top of it. I would leave that off if I was you.

The 67's are now made in aftermarket, but pretty sure only in automatic and are quite expensive. The problem with Perogie, it is hit or miss if he has one.

Or buy a cheap one somewhere and rebuild it yourself most of the pieces of them are remade now.
