hey guys we got the 4 speed in and running now ,, we had to get a new speed cable and a new gear and now the speed is off by 10 mph ,, its slower by 10 mph what does that mean i think i have the right gear ( 16 tooth ) it was the same as we took out but different angle cause of the other side ( auto and 4 speed is opposite angle ) so what do you think ??

 

i dont remember how the teeth deal works, but sound like you might need an18 or 20 tooth speedo gear.

 

i thought the more teeth it would be slower cause the it turns slower i was thinking less teeth but 16 is the fewest ?????
