Default Selling My '68

Hello, i have a question for you pros on the forum. I am going to sell my '68 coupe and i was wondering what to start the price at? Here are a few details about my car, '68 Mustang, 302 v8 with less than 1000 miles on the rebuild of engine/tranny, the engine is basically stock, but runs like a champ, very nice metalic pearl grey paint (looks so nice in the sunshine), body is strait as an arrow, interior is clean, could use some work on the seats, but not really needed, factorypower frontdisc brakes and a/c (although we disconected the a/c fornow), nice wheels (i think they are steel but are still nice and "shiny" when i buff 'em up), ya'll are gonna like this one......absolutely ZERO rust (not even in the trunk, the only place i have seen some is when we took off the dash on the metal underneath), i think that is basically everything. it is a show car by no means but still very nice. i was thinking 8 to 10k, what do you guys think???

if you check on ebay how much such cars go you should have a good indication, but I'd say 10+ as well

Aim high, brother... I mean dog. Do a couple of searches online (does Cali have Craigslist?) andshoot near the high end if your car is as nice as you say. Higher price should keep the tire kickers at bay. Keep the price realistic so you don't scare everyone off. Also have your low # in mind so you can negotiate the price without feeling uncomfortable. I looked at a 1967 Coupe near my house last Summer & it is still for sale because the seller started too high & keeps spending money on it instead of dropping the price. I think 12-15K is a pretty good starting point. The factory discs and rust free body are a definite plus.

i would say that the only thing that would drive people away (besides what price i start at) is the interior (do to the fact that the seats have a couple of cracks in them). i live in oregon now, we do have craigslist, and i have been looking. i was thinking maybe 13.5 would be a good starting point???
