removal

Default removal

Any advice onremoving efi and intake. I'll get pictures once taken off block. I bought the motor from agood friend. It came off a LTD. He said it was running before he pulled it.

If you already have the linkage to the throttle body disconnected, just Take the 6 bolts out of the upper intake and it will come straight up/off. The middle 2 bolts are under the center EFI302 plate.

After that, it's just like taking a regular intake off. Take out the 8 screws around the perimeter. You can leave the fuel rail, water pipe, injectors, etc, all in place.

You do realize that an LTD motor is not a performance motor like an HO Mustang motor was back then. Do you know what year LTD it was pulled from?

what's the difference? I still can upgrade with aftermarket parts right?
