LED's usually need a power of less than 12 vdc or you'll fry it. If this is a plug in replacement bulb, then you have no voltage to it or the ground is bad. The light is powered by the inst lights.

try a battery tester to see if you are even getting power.

Is this a screw in LED bulb or is it an LED with wires that you are adapting? I believe that LEDs can only be wired only one way to get them to work. One wire has to be connected to the pos. and the other to the neg., they won't work backwards. First check that the LED works and then that it is wired correctly. THe LED bulbs that I got from Ron Francis will only work with the correct polarity.

So loooking at it ain't goin' to fix it. Get a test light or a DVM and check for 8-12 V with the dash lights on and turned full upand for ground in the socket where the bulb goes. Fix the one that's not there. It's that simple!
