i have a 351c i was wondering if I had to use the plate under the intake manifold. Also my crank wasmessed upso i had it turned .20 i was wondering if what bearings do i use undersize or oversizei got oversize but is that right??? thanks

Intake valley pan gasket- no you don't need it, just use the standard intake gaskets

If you take .020 out of the crank, when you put bearings in, it stands to reason you would want bearings that are .020 thicker...unless you want to run with different than stock tolerances.

The valley cover is designed to keep oil splash off of the bottom of the Intake manifold where the choke gets its heat from. The heat cause the oil to crystalize. (I took a 6 inch thick piece of crystalized oil out of a Dodge Van with 360 back in the 70's, I'll never forget it). +1 on the bearing sizes. I didn't know you could by undersized rod bearings (for the reason dodgestang explained)
