Default Fuse panel mounting location?

Just purchased Ron Francis wiring harness. The fuse panel is huge 8x6x4(LxWxH). Where is the best place to mount in a 68 coupe? I am considering under the hood in the location where the washer fluid bottle is now, except I would have to get a water tight enclosure which I don’t think is a problem. What are the recommendations from the field?

Thanks

If I had a choice I'd like mine in the glove box, or like you said, in the engine compartment where it is easily accessable.
