Here's pics of mine... I welded them in for good measure. It was a very simple upgrade.

Nice. Exactly what mine look like, minus the welding. Looks like these things are getting to be pretty popular.

When you guys put the pedal support back in, did you place the front part of the pedal support(where steering column attaches) above or below the dash?

It goes above the dash. There should be two nuts, on the pedal support bracket, that goes down through the dash. That is where the column attaches to, using the column bracket and the two nuts.
