spark plug color help

im running a B&m MINIBLOWER on my 66 mustang, 302, 6LBS of boost. i pulled the number 1 spark plug today, and it was a reddish brownishiy color.. i think its burning too hot but i dont know.. can anyone help? should i get a degree cooler for it?

I always thought reddish brown was good...
But I don't trust my opinion enough to take a chance with your engine!
Don't they get kind of whitish if running lean?

if the plug looks like a fox then that's what you're aiming for. all good.

Greyish-tan to brown. Somewhere in that range, with no obvious signs of anything wrong, like oil or carbon deposits etc. Sounds like yours are fine.
