Default TRANY COOLER

i have a 68 stang and it has a transmission cooler on it is that stock for a c4 tranny or an add on, the reason i ask is that its leaking from somewhere and should i remove it or does it need to stay part of the tranny?

Just fix it? It probably is a rubber hose that is leaking. it's not stock, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't have it. They cool quite well, better than the stock radiator cooling.
