Default Rust Remover

Has anyone ever used the product Evapo rust? Are there any good products out there that will remove rust without attacking all of the metal like electrolosis will?

I use rust mort. It is a rust convertor. I dont know what it converts it into but my local paint shop suggested using it. Turns a rusty area black when applied.

Rust converted turn iron oxide (rust) into iron phosphate (I believe thats the technical term) which will not spread like standard rust.

Electrolosis is awesome. A friend of mine built his own electrolosis tank and it works amazingly. Apparently its pretty simple to make one..
