Hey folks
Ripped down my heater case today and was going to clean it up, fiberglass a few breaks and cracks and then paint it. I then noticed that one of the hinges on the front door is ripped! [:@] Any suggestions on how to fix this? I don't want to buy a new box as the rest of the case is repairable. Anyone perhaps have an old damaged front kicking around as I could pop the rivits and replace it.
Thanks
Edit: The rust there is fairly light and could be cleaned up. I took a set of needlenose and was able to move the damaged hinge itself so it could be freed up. I'm just not sure of the best way to repair the crack in the metal as its such a small area.

Any ideas on how to repair the hinge? I'm thinking I might have to look at eBay for a cheap one thats damaged yet has a functional door. Drill out the rivets and bolt on. Any other thoughts?
