Argh.. cowl, drivers quarter & outer wheel well, full passenger floor pan and long passenger floor pan being done next month. Figure close to a 1000 by the time it all said and done.[:@]

Just remember.. We love every second of it.. no really we do! Right? Yes? ok ok perhaps its a love/hate thing

Have fun!

yeah i hear ya on that one, took me the better part of the day to cut all mine out (all 4 aprons, pass side frame rail, and floor pan, frame that runs under pass floor pan, and pass side 1/4 panel) but now its all new and was worth it. i drill a 1/8 hole first then take a step drill and open em up right past the spot weld area, once all are open it pops right off. also there are spot weld cutting bits you can use. depends on what ya like and what works for you i guess.

Took me a minuet to figure out why you would just drill holes thru both parts. LOL
Only keeping one of them and replacing the other. Think ill give that a shot, I love the step bits

You can get a bag of 200 spot weldsfrom crapwewillselltoyou.com for like $14. That's for the repros. Original Ford tooling is $28.

LOL now don't forget that spot welds installer tool for a lowly $49.99. Oh and the small misc parts off the old spot welds...
