Default Clutch help

The son and I are looking to replace the clutch in his '65 coupe with a 302 engine and T-10 4-speed. We are going to replace the clutch disc, pressurre plate AND the flywheel. My question is....what weight flywheel should I be looking at...28 or 50 oz.?
