ORIGINAL: Starfury

Control arms are the same (I checked on my comp here at Napa, if you're doubtful). Tie rod ends are different. I try not to put Autozone through the motions...they get lost a lot:P
i try not to as well, they got confused when i was asking about axels formy honda[&:]
napa seems really intelegent though.
so, i think ill just leave the control arms alone and just replace the ball joints as well as sway bar etc

Sounds like you need a list of stuff you need to change so here goes. Sway bar, spindles, inner and out tie rods.idler arm, center lik, hubs and brakes, upper and lower ball joints, springs. That will do your front suspension and front brakes. If you are talking about piecing it together from NAPA you better off just shopping for a good kit on line. Cheaper in the long run.

In your situation, I'd just replace the UCA's. Ball joints are like $30 a side (from Napa), but I think you can get full UCA's from a Mustang supplier for like $65. That way you get a freshbushing in there, because who knows what condition the original is in. Good time to do the Shelby drop as well.

I'm showing outer tie rod ends as $45, part # 269-2150.
