Default Power Brake Conversion Question

I am putting together a parts list for power brake conversion on my 69. It was orginally a four wheel drum manual brake car. It was switched over at some point to 4 wheel disc using the Granada spindle swap and Monarch 9" axle swap.

My questions is this. Can you simply buy a OEM booster, pb 4 disc master cylinder, and pb pedal for a 69? That appears to be cheaper than doing a conversion kit. Am I mising something?

I think there is a vacuum line that you need for the booster. I could be wrong! I was looking into doing a PB later too for the front disc conversion kit I just bought.

Another question about vacuum. I am going to run a pretty good size cam (280 duration). I am not sure how much vacuum I will have yet because the motor is not complete yet. How much vacuum do you need for power brakes? I have seen a few vacuum pumps to help with this, but they are pricey.

You are right about the vacuum line. I forgot that in the thread but have it in my parts list.
