crankshaft
To wake it up... a stroker kit, otherwise just chaging the crank wont net any power gains. It doesn't matter if you put a $1500 billet crank in it, it won't make any difference. You could put in a stroker kit and add a better cam and intake and you would notice a big improvement.
Camshaft or crankshaft?
As far as a crank, a superlight billet crank will cause the engine to make more power, a lot less rotating mass to move around(otherwise race cars wouldn't be using the lightest crank possible, they'd use a heavy crank that's stronger). That being said, it's overkill for most street engines. Scat, Eagle etc cast steel replacement cranks are good, cost the same as stock, but a bit stronger and a bit lighter. For a stroker I'd get forged, but it doesn't need to be some $5,000 Crower superlight race crank if it's a street engine.
