does anyone know how to remove the speedo cable from a 69 mustang? i'm trying to remove my gauge cluster, and i can't get the damn thing off. [:@]

it's got some kind of plastic clip holding it on but i can't figure it out.

hey, its a plastic clip that you gotta squeeze the tab on and pull on the speedo cable. I had a bi*** of a time the first time as well, but now i can do it easily. you should hopefully be able to feel the tab on it.
