What is the purpose of the kick panel vents that can be opened and closed in a 1970 Mustang? I'm not sure if they're on the 69's. Is it just for fresh air?

 

trust me. if you take AC off your car, or dont have it, and you're wearing shorts gong down the freeway with that vent open, you (and your boys) will be much appreciative. yes it is just for cool air, and it works sooooooo well.

 

Yeah, I agree that it works good... I just wasn't sure if that was it's purpose. I have bennefited, like you said, from the fresh air... thanks!

 

Yep,,, Good ol fresh air.. Just before you clean them out before you open them doing 70 on the freeway.. Youll get a mouth full of dust, leaves and dirt.. Ask me how I know..[:@]
