Default 67 and 68 body/frame differences

I have a 67 Fastback where most of the bottom part of the car is rusted out. I will be looking for a coupe for cheap to "sacrifice" itself to repair all of the metal on the fastback. Is a 1968 Mustang the same as the 67 except for some minor trim details?

Thanks!
Rob

As far as I can think of the only differences between the 67 and 68 were the minor trim differences. If you have specific questions about a part you usually can look it up in a catalog and see if its compatible with both years.
