If you are really THAT worried about the spiders and you are going to redo the interior, why not set off a bug bomb inside the car and let it sit for a day or two.that should Kill ANYTHING in the car lol

There are some Hollywood aspects here you should consider. The movie "Arachnaphobia" was big a few years ago, and of course the fairly recent "Snakes On A Plane," not to mention the "Spiderman" series. And of course, the rat movie "Ben" from a long time ago. Maybe you shouldrent the car to a producer. They could get Will Ferrell to play you. He's pretty big right now. Maybe Britney Spears as the wife driven to madness by the creature-infested restoration. Buddy Ebsen (Jed Clampett) as the previous owner?

lmao, funny post jaw.

what sort of snake was it? over here most are very poisonous so if i found one in my car i'd wanna know where his mates were.

soapy water doesnt kill snakes but it might make them pissed. i find 410G shotgun about perfect for snakes and rats. if you miss it will only put little dents in the car rather than holes like a 12G. its probably overkill for the wasps and spiders tho.[8D]

The skins I have found are about a foot and a half long and the skins are just old and browm at this point. No clue as to what they were. I went to the junkyard and bought a left rail assembly with frame extension. It is a pick your own parts place. I got the rail and extension plus shock tower and aprons for $65. This releives some of my worries. Here are some pics I will get some better ones later.

Did the donor car have new rockers on it? They look remarkably good. Gotta love those radial tire jack stands.

Its probably a rat snake nothing to worry about.Only nasty snake in the usa is a rattle snake theres a few others that are poisonous but something like a copper head ain't killed no one in a long time.So how are you going to do your mustang any thoughts on a mach1 or boss 351 clone.

You can see some hookie get ups in these junkyards. Luckily it was allready in this position when I got there. It took me two hours to strip the car and cut the part out. The cordless sawzall is proof that someone up there likes us!!!!!!!!!!!I have been there about four times to get parts of this thing. Suprisingly the rockers were in very good condition on this one.

I am going for a road race/ modified look. I want to air ride the susp. with 17" vintage 48's, shaving the handles and locks, nasa dominator hood, 72 chrome bumper conversion(all chrome and stainless I am going to do in black chrome), paint is 07 chrysler sublime with hood black out(mach style), custom roll cage. 351c 5speed and I may 4link the rear. All of this is not written in stone but is the goal as of now. Paint and chrome is a definite though..
