I have a bone stock 68 289 with power steering only 87,000 orig miles, a 195 degree thermostat, what is normal running operating temp? new radiator,flex fan, fan shroud, 70 percent water- 30 anti freeze-Thanks

I would run a 50/50 mix and a 180 thermostat on that one.

As hot as you can without detonating or compromising the tune, or overheating obviously.
