Default Sprint?

How rare are the 1966 sprint mustangs? My grandfather bought one a few weeks ago. It says that it is in the 25% of sprints that had manuals, but we don't know how many were made.

Mine is a 66 Sprint also. I don't know the numbers but I have read they offered this package because they could not make enough 289 Blocks. I don't think the "Sprint" Package really adds any value. I'd love someone to tell me I'm wrong though.

Yeah i don't think so either. But it was a surprise when i saw what the air cleaner said on it. I never thought I would actually get to see one.
