Hi, About Me
the tire/rim combo works out pretty well the wheels are 17's and the car handles great. well as well as a 65 mustang with manual steering can. but i never really get into situations where it needs to handle well. thats what the merkur is for.
and as far as the paint goes you cannot see it in the pics but the white is pearlesant. it is a custom color that is based off of the caddy CTS white. i have a freind who works at a body shop mix it up for me. the blue is metallic and really changes shades in different light.

let me know if you really want a merkur. i might be able to talk to a cople guys over on the merkur forums and see whats laying around. they are really cheap to pick up and the motor is pretty bulit proof, plus until you have driven one its really hard to understand why they are so cool. and its hard to put more money in the stang because it is already kind of done, but i think this summer i will try to do a few things. that will ultimatly turn into 4 or 5 things and will get expensive.
Normally I wouldn't like those wheels on a classic, but they look great on your ride! Something bout 'em just works. I don't see why people give mud flaps such a hard time. The paint behind my rear wheels is all torn up from Texas gravel roads and has rubber splattered on it from burnouts and crap, when I repaint I'm bolting some on.
