Looks great! A bit different with the black/gray block but it does look good like that still. Might want to think about routing the wires a bit differently, say down lower or better yet on the other side under the fenders. This would really add to the clean look. Since your at this point it wouldn't take much and gives a neater bay appearance. Good luck on finishing up.. I'm months and months away from that point still [:'(]. Can't wait though!
I just helped a friend of mine rebuild his engine, and he painted EVERYTHING blue, i thought it looked ugly, so i didnt want to do that. i think this looks much better. but thats me, and really, thats all that matters.. cause its mine but i respect all of your oppinions, and consider all of them.
I intend on making the engine bay as clean as possibly, i am putting the batter in the trunk, and i will be re-routing all the wires for the lights completely out of sight from the engine bay. for the wires that you need to for the engine to run, will be very organized and as much out of sight as possible. when someone opens the hood, i want them to wonder if it runs. as i get more money, ill get chrome, and aluminum and the such. for now, the next best thing to shiny is clean. thats my goal.
took me 3 years to get to this point

glad to help! Wow, I can't believe it's also been 3+ years since I bought my car. It seems time flies a lot faster nowadays.

hehe everything all blue?? thats just not right lol. As you said.. its your car.. its also his so whatever makes his day. I do like how yours looks! My months and months is more likely a year from now since I only get to work on it every other month.. but for a full month at a time! So next summer it'll be back on the road! 1st summer in 12 to 15 years from what I've been able to gather from its history.

Keep up the great work!
