The information I found on 1973's serials states there were 134,867 total mustangs producted in 1973 starting with unit number 100001. But I found one with a serial number higher than 234868. Seems that total is off, any know the true number produced?

Interesting. How far higher is the number?

 

Lots higher, the number is 237375, so it would seem there are at least 137374 1973's made.
