Default soft C4 trans cooler lines?

well i have to tear apart my brand new trans and crate motor, long story, but i have hard pre bent lines that i installed, brand new,...

i do not like the way they are run and actually interfer with some stuff under the car,...is it possible to basically cut these in half...

have the hard half coming out of the trans to about half way to the cooler, and then run a soft line to the cooler? if that makes sense,...or will soft lines cause a problem,...

and would fuel like work for something like this?

I would run hard lines as far as you can. Why not bend some up yourself? The soft lines will die on you long before hard lines will.
