I am a fan of the black but if youare looking for a red then hopefully Darreld (68EFIvert) will pipe in with afew pics of his. I like yellow also. However whatever color you choose you are the one that will have to look at it.
Black is great, but you better make sure your body work is 100% perfector you will hate the end result. Black is one of the hardest colors because it wont hide flaws, it only magnifies them

Well ****. I just did a search in google for Brittany Blue to look up whatever cars I could find in that color. n the past, I have had problems finding pics of what I'm looking for cause of googles Moderate Safesearch feature, so I have it turned off.

Apparently there is a p0rn star named Brittany Blue. And apparently Its a really awful idea to do a google search for Brttany Blue 69.

OMGzzzzzzzz a GT painted in brittany blue. I'm going to sell whatever organs and limbs I don't fully need and buy this car.

waffles, i had a potential buyer on ebay. she jerked me around for a week and didnt even bother to put a deposit down.

so its sitting there. im half tempted to steal teh power discs, the seats, and the rear end and put them in the 67 but then i wont be able to sell it numbers matching.

if only i had an extra 5k.

I am in love.
personally i would put black wheels on it. but hey its not my car.

LMAO

but hey that GT does look really good, I didn't realize that Brittany Blue was still available in 69, I thought winter blue replaced it since they are so similar.

and 69FB, thanks for the compliment on the overhead shot! I scaled a wall next to my driveway to get that shot, i love it

I am aware of the difficulties of black. I have seen too many cars at shows that were black and flawed bad. I am painting the car so if it has any imperfections after I paint it I will sand it back down and fix it until it is right.

Well I'm lucky in that the mechanic I have working on my car now is not only charging me less than what others have quoted me but he's had several cars in Mustangs and Fast Fords and other well known Mustang Publications. I will be having him do my paint and bodywork, when I can afford it. Also my brother will be having is Shelby painted by him as well. Believe me, my brother doesn't let just anybody work on his car without first throughly checking them out and their work.

Kind of nice to have a brother that's fanatical about his car. He does the leg work and I get the benefits.

Saw a picture recently of a 69 Fastback that was black with the flat black hood. It looked awesome! Of course it also looked like a 20k dollar paint job.

sunburst organge and silver FTMFW.

Silver minus the mach 1 stripe would look sick.

Have you thought about putting 2003-2004 mach 1 rims on instaed of the magnum 500s?

just a thought.
