Default 351 cleveland

Okay so we are completely rebuilding a 351 cleveland we are reusing the stock pistons, the stock block of couse, stock crank, and aftermarket heads. Its also bored 40 over

we are looking for around high 300s or low to mid 400s

what we needare cams, lifters, 4 barrel carb, distributor, and an intake

we would rather have low rpm cams then highs.
also we are looking for a 750 cfm carb.

so any help from u guys would be great also the price range is medium to high so we dont want to rebuild this engine in another 4 years we want to buy some badas* products.

Thanks for all ur help 351 cleveland guys

i have a 650 holley that would work wonders. still in the box.

750 istoo big. a 650 is almost to radical for a stock chevy 350 small block.

listen i would reccomend a mild build. get good products like holley and eldebrock and comp cams

but a stock 351 cleveland 2 bbl would make 250 stock
and a 4bbl 351 would make 300 stock.

so if you get a real mild came, a plain jane eldbrock intake and 600-650 carb, your already bored, your looking at 320 already i would imagine. i would use an electronic ignition like MSD or petronix.

I would recommend going to this site, it's nothing but Clevelands and they even had a build section so you can see what combinations will produce. The guys on this site are very knowledgable about Clevos.
