All,

Go for the easy stuff first.

FLASHER

It should be available through any decent parts store.

Yep, if the lights come on but wont flash, it is the flasher. If the lights do not come on at all, you have blown your fuse. Simple fix either way.

...the darndest thing, I went to see if I can check the Flasher. I turned the key put the signals on left...then right and both are working now. Is this an indicator that it's going bad? Is it possible that when the temperature gets hot out (about 104%) that the flasher can work when it wants?

Outside air temperature should have nothing to do with it.

The fuse is obviously good. The next easiest thing is the flasher. If it continues to work, don't worry about it. If it fails again, pick up a $6.99 flasher at your local auto parts store.
