Thanks Gun Jam for the advice.
OK heres what I have as of last night.
Took that rebuilt carb back and got another one. Put it on, and the car started right up. messed around with it to get it to idle at 1000 rpms in park. and tried to get it to idle in drive at 500 rpms. It is idling and I drove it up to get gas, but I m not happy with it yet.
Let me explain. The Carbs thermostat is set (from the builder) 3 notches to the rich side. from everything I have read, this doesn't seam right. Seams the notch on the black cover should either be lined up with the notch on the metal housing or, one or two notches to the lean side.
Ok now what is your advice on this? If I turn it to the lean should I also turn in the fuel air mixture screws and then out 1 1/2 turn? and if I do this is there any adjustment to the choke screw on the choke cam?

Just want to make sure I do it right.
Oh I might add I put a metal space on my intake this time with this carb. I m thinking I should have did that with the other carb, I don't know.
Thanks again Gun Jam
