Default Weld through primer?

Does anyone know of any weld through primer and where to pick it up at? I'm getting ready to install my seat pans and I want to be sure I don't get any rust under them.

I got some at Surplus city, but I think that store is a local thing.I would think Autozone and all them would carry some?

Your local automotive paint supply store will have it as well. I've purchased it from many autopaint supply stores. The most recent being the local sherwin williams auto paint store.
