Massive Effort - '67 Coupe
Glad to find the forum - I am gonna need lots of help.
I have a '67 coupe that has had all the body work done, paint applied, and needs all (and I mean ALL) the interior put back - including dash & instruments. All exterior ornamentation, door & truck rubber needs to be added. Side windows need to be put back in. For that matter, front & rear windows need to be put back in.
So far I have the headliner in. That's about it.
I am a novice. So, I will be back frequently.
My next task are the side windows - rear, passenger & vent. I think getting them in won't be too bad (am I too dumb to know any different?)- I don't know how to line them up so you can roll the windows up & down. Any suggestions???????????

If you haven't already done so, get the 1967 Mustang shop manual. It includes the Cougar, Fairlane, Falcon, and Mercury intermediate, in addition to the Mustang. Also, it might be useful to get the Osborn Body, Electrical, Chassis, and Interior Assembly manuals. I would be lost without mine! All of these are carried by any of the Mustang suppliers. Good luck on your 67.

Welcome to the site. James is absolutely right on the money about getting shop manuals and reading them first before you even turn a bolt. It would be like cooking a meal without a recipe if you don't have the manual for your car. Good luck with it, and come back often. There are some pretty smart guys on this website who can help you through some of your technical problems.
