Default suspension

what is a good tubular suspension kit that isn't going to break the bank. The kits I have seen are running about 2500 and that is a little steeper of a price than I was hoping for. I have about 1500 set aside for a new set up.

I already bought the brake set up from diskbrakeswap. I just need the suspension. How hard is it to make my own? Does someone have a template or dimensions I could probably fabricate a set in my garage. Be a good excuse for me to finally buy a tubing bender. I have a TIG and would want to make it out of stainless and do a coil over set up.
